C7 Corvettes are not selling..........

it's becoming the norm for corvettes and bigger dealers to offer big discounts (15-20% off)...it kills the value of the car for current owners but it's great for those that have waited... That is one thing I like with the Porsche, the brand keeps a fairly tight grip on prices and what dealers can and can't do, so the value of the car doesn't over depreciate due to "pricing discounts".
If you think about it, why would anypone buy used when they can get new for the price of used (basically) unless that used car is also significantly discounted...only one guy gets hurt, and it's not GM lol

In April there were a bunch of $102k to $105k cars for $18 to $20k off. It was due to GM's J57, loyalty, and trade incentives. Now they cost ~$7k more. There are fewer incentives this year than last year. I didn't jump on one of these because they still cost more than a car with fewer options.
Yep I was looking then. I do want the Z07 package or at least the brakes. Unfortunately I wasn't in position to buy then. I'm hoping to find one sometime between July and October. I can continue to be patient. It'll be a fair weather/weekend car.

Great performance for the money yes but the build quality is not there in my opinion.
I guess you never read about the paint problems, panel issues, transmission problems, overheating, etc. And you tell me to keep it real ? I don't know how your mother let you skip daycare this morning Punk.
I will say that some have received exceptional cars that don't have problems and I am happy for the owners. However anyone paying almost $100K on a car should not expect some of these issues.

Possibly it is you who should read more. Do so and you will learn that ALL new vehicles have issues, paint, transmisions, blah, blah.
My C6 and C7 Z06 were flawless, fantastic vehicles and a profound value whether never satisfied, nit pickers, like it or not. Lose the hate Dude.

Why? It's common for Porsche owners who track their cars to remove the cabon/ceramic brakes, keep them new on a shelf, and put them back on when selling the car. There's nothing wrong with them, but they're just too expensive a maintenance item for frequent track use. The rotors have a very short service life under hard use.

Porsche doesn't do it as often, I've owned 3 Porsches new since 2010, I never paid full price, the just don't advertise their discounts. I have a friend who got $15,000 off on a Panemera(ugly car). My opinion.

Out of eleven 2017 911's that Porsche of West Houston has in stock, two of them are DEMO's with mileage. Guess what, only two of the eleven 911's are discounted below MSRP.
Want to venture a guess which of the eleven are the two DEMO's? Maybe the one that is discounted $13,315 and maybe the one that is discounted $4,533?
How come the remaining nine that are not DEMO's are not discounted?
Every 2017 Corvette(eleven of them with three of them being Z06's) that my local Chevrolet dealer has in stock is discounted, and none of them are DEMO's but brand new, right off the transporter from Bowling Green.

Obviously a guy who prefers to make assumptions. I know how to read, thank you very much.

You either have very poor eyesight or very low expectations. Its non-critical owners like you that lets GM continue to skimp on quality.

We all know that nothing in the real world is ever perfect. Life is too short to worry or fixate on minute defects. You are just an obsessive troll.

I'm sitting at Patriot chevy in limerick, pa talking to Pat Luciano, they just got 3 2018's in. They need to move their 2017's in a hurry. No reasonable offer refused! Lol!!!, like I said I got mine for $70,000. Vettes are not selling! The 2018's is there any difference. I don't see it!
