Have you considered getting a DSC Controller instead? http://www.dscsport.com/

AVETTE,
Are you referring to the recalibration in Track Mode for rough courses? I thought I seen that is was available in GM Performance catalog in the Z/06 section.

Default No

This was new calibration for multiple modes referred to by Tadge as "coming soon"

He stated this on April 12th....

One area where we are going to try to offer upgrades is MR calibrations. Our magnetorheological shocks are ideal components to upgrade with calibrations because they have a large influence over the dynamic behavior of the vehicle. We have made some improvements in later models years and are planning to offer those upgrades to prior cars. Of, course it is not "free". We have to do work to check to make sure the new cal's are completely compatible with other systems such as ABS, Traction control and stability systems. More to follow on this.

WOULD LOVE TO KNOW THE STATUS OF THIS

Drove a 2017 C7 Z06 with Z07 package at Spring Mountain in June. Noticed the suspension was not as harsh in track mode as my 2016 Z06. Was told by the instructors that the 2017 MR calibration was not as harsh as the previous years. Maybe the rough track calibration is standard on 2017 MR C7's.

Chevrolet Performance is live on FB from SEMA and they just released the new 2014-2017 MRC calibration package (Cal Pak) which includes recalibrations for all modes for $350. The engineer is talking about improved track performance and it will be available next month from GM dealers. Pretty cool.

From a high level it seems to offer some of the advantages of the DSC controller. However, it probably isn't Customer tunable like the DSC unit is.

interesting, 1 to 1.5 second faster that's amazing. (Milford and VIR)

FE7 that's Z07 package right? non z06 is it FE6? for 2017.

Sounds like it's really worth it for the 1 to 1.5 sec faster and ride comfort for tour and sport mode!!

For sure not tune-able.

From CAC: http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/...le.php?id=1387
- Does not void warranty
- All Tour/Sport/Track modes custom tuned
- Apparently, compression and rebound, front and rear, are tuned for heave/pitch/roll/wheel
- Everything is calculated to the wheel.
- Then everything can be varied relative to vehicle speed
- Reading between the lines, it seems these shocks are tuned based on actual shock velocity, but can also be scaled based on vehicle speed.

Mero's lap times are also impressive.
- 1:55.95 on VIR full
- But there must be a typo, I have a hard time believing a 2:29.77 on the Grand. I can see a 2:39.77 on the Grand. Should be fastest yet.

I hope to see some Videos soon!

Does that mean we do not need the DSC controller?

If this truly changes the game for our cars, I would take $350 over $1,300 (DSC) any day. All with warranty intact.

Then again, with DSC - key thing is its endless adjustable.

GOOD ON GM!
