Engine oil isn't green, antifreeze isn't green and brake fluid isn't green. It could be windshield washer fluid. Maybe the reservoir has a leak.
The only other thing it could be is if you have an A8. The trans cooler lines run between the frame and the rocker up to the horizontal radiator in the front of the car and if the trans fluid is green you may have a leak in the trans cooling lines as they would pass by the left front to get to the front mounted radiator. I don't know what color the trans fluid but if it isn't green and the fluid isn't windshield washer fluid then you picked something up while driving the car.

The dye they put in oil to check for leaks makes the oil look green. Any chance you had it in for service work?

I'm going with washer fluid. Trans fluid is typically red. Coolant orange/pink. Oil is oil. Washer fluid is my final answer.

You may have to pull the wheel well liner to track down the source. The is a service bulletin for replacement of washer fluid reservoirs that may crack and require replacement.
