Which brings us to Exhibit A: The ZL1 1LE, does anyone here not understand the mission of that car? MANUAL ONLY is also the next indicator that it was meant to be a drivers car for sure.
Which then takes us back to 2009 Exhibit B: The C6 ZR1, also track focused and MANUAL ONLY meaning it was meant to be a drivers car as well as team Camaro took this aspect (SORT OF, without stating the obvious) and put it in the ZL1 as not another car entirely like team Corvette but another package.
Which leads us to the conclusion that in all honesty, we won't be able to guess what the heck GM is up to with this upcoming corvette lol. You have two scenarios, a better cooled, refreshed Z06, or a more affordable, more options ZR1 nameplate. All i know, is that my Credit Card is ready and I can't wait

I'm going to camo wrap my Z06 tomorrow and add a fkn high tail CF spoiler and drive around Houston just to see who will post up that it's the new ZR1. Then it goes viral, hits this forum, has 30 pages of you talking about. All the while it was me fkn with you.

We can now conclude that there are 3 levels of aero and a Coupe and convertible versions of the ZR1 model. This is the same formula that the Stingray and the ZO6 have utilized. Same format that Porsche uses with their 911. I've seen the ZR1 up close via Image Stabilizer Binoculars at the Laguna Seca test. This is the ZR1. Guaranteed.
