Default Carbotech brake pads steel rotor ZO6

Just ordered our first set of Carbotech brake pads from Adam.
Any install tips would be appreciated. I recall reading a forum members thread on a quick install process, but I couldn't locate it.
Thanks!

One tip... the clip that retains the pressure on the front pads held in by the pins has an arrow on it to show which way to install it.
I put mine in upside down once before I knew this.
It was still there but shifted.....
