I had an 05 C6 with stock run flats and during the time I owned the car I had two flat tires, each one in remote spots. I drove one 20 miles to a tire shop and another one 45 miles (at 50 mph) to a tire shop. In both cases I had the tires replaced and was on the road again in less than an hour. I value the run flats.
