Anyone have this issue?
Only occurs in first gear.

I am second owner and first owner took car to dealership for same issue but of course, it couldn't be reproduced by the technician.

I believe there was a TSB for this. Check in the "general" section as it's been asked about before

Sometimes they jump out of gear because they weren't all the way in gear. You do have to make sure it is all the way into gear. Sometimes it feels like the shifter has moved all the way into first gear but it really hasn't. Even though it feels like it hit a hard stop the gears may be clashing Vs meshing. Since it is sort of a hit or miss situation you have a chance of the transmission jumping out of gear when you release the clutch. To avoid this you should engage the clutch slightly while shoving on the shifter to get the gears to rotate slightly and thus mesh. This results in the shifter moving forward another half inch or so.
