C7 ZR1 has an interior... with Auto!

Also looks like the dash has had some heavy object on it like a lap top.
Also did anyone else notice the hood cowl is connected to the hood. It's not 2 piece like a shaker hood. You can see it in the opening in the back making a "U" and not independent of each other.

For some reason I assumed the car was not rolling.

A 4.70 first gear...WOW!
Can you imagine that with an LT4?

:the top portion of the front part of an automobile body forward of the two front doors to which are attached the windshield and instrument board." I agree it looks like the exposed top of the supercharger sticking through a hole in the hood, as it does in the Callaway 757. In other views, the deep crease at the attachment to the hood gives the illusion it isn't. These may not even be production pieces.

On a car with such a broad power band, and a torque converter, I'm not sure 10 gears would be any better than 8. Perhaps it could improve fuel economy a little bit.... that's the basic reason why manufacturers keep adding more gears to the automatics. It allows them to keep engines in the narrow rpm zone which provides best economy.

^^^ You're exactly right, sir.
Admittedly, it's a clever way to get a little better fuel economy.
Every little bit helps from a manufacturer's POV.

The paddles take awhile to get used to, but it's not too tough.

I like the look of the mat carbon fiber dash better. I also think that the ZR1 should have carbon fiber on the center console and few small places on the doors panels to tie it altogether.
Just look at Audi, Porsche, BMW, Lamborghini, etc.
Exterior looks awesome!
Hope it can put the power down.

It is when you hammer it.
I just don't like V4 mode at all.
There's a hesitation when changing to the V8 mode that I don't like and that is one of the reasons I try to use the paddles (except on I5).

Nothing to be sorry about. Asking a torque converter based automatic to perform equally to a DCT is a tall order for GM or any OEM.
