The new ZR1 will have new CF parts including both doors. A new active aero will be interducrd for the first time using new way to generate downforce.

Maybe you missed my thread title where I mention auto, in a post or two I even mentioned I believe it’s an auto. I started second guess myself when someone with a Z (which I’ve never come in contact with, or probably never will) say it could be a manual. Cmon man not everybody is fortunate to have vettes in their country.

You need to check and compare each gears terminal speed!
On a car with such a broad power band, and a torque converter, I'm not sure 10 gears would be any better than 8. Perhaps it could improve fuel economy a little bit.... that's the basic reason why manufacturers keep adding more gears to the automatics. It allows them to keep engines in the narrow rpm zone which provides best economy.
It is weaker than the M7. The A10 - No Way!
Tadge said all the A8 gears are closer ratio, Not!
Tadge probably hasn't wanted to slow down existing sales with his A10 comments!
The dash ball is some kind of positioning sensor to enable more speed!?
Bigger power down via the auto!? More time to be precisely on line? Tech they purposely left off the Camaro now!?

The ZL1 is the street car... A10 auto is option.
The ZL1 1LE is the track car... no auto offered

Market conditions change and are presently particularly weak.
Like the ZL1 LT4 bump a smaller LT5 750 HP bump wouldn't necessarily constitute anything but a Z07!
The ZR1 aspect is still significantly vague and inconclusive!

Don't know about weight difference between the 2 and can't tell what stage aero is on the Z, but The M7 car will always be slower than a quick paddleshifter.

If you look closely you can see a left paddle by the persons hand, there is someone in the car that they photoshopped out, also explains why it isnt in park if there is someone in the car.

I like the look of the mat carbon fiber dash better. I also think that the ZR1 should have carbon fiber on the center console and few small places on the doors panels to tie it altogether.
Just look at Audi, Porsche, BMW, Lamborghini, etc.
Exterior looks awesome!
Hope it can put the power down.
