These are the photos from my install. Note, the tips did begin to discolor after track use and Magnaflow did not seem to care after I tried repeatedly to reach out to them, email photos, etc. The last photo shows this, and it only got worse. I do miss how well those enormous tips filled the rear valence though. I believe Magnaflow made this same exhaust but in black as well. I think I would have ultimately left that one on the car.

Well, it is no longer on my car if that means anything. It sounds fine, is loud and makes all the right noises but it grew old after a while.

I forgot about the tips. My stock ones I painted black because I got sick of the outer ones only being black.

At first they did not turn as black as the stock ones, it was a hallelujah moment. The inside surface is a highly polished finish and I think that helped. Over time that finish dulled and actually became quite abrasive, and it was business as usual.

Instead of thanking each other we should all be thanking Glennjr91 for bringing this smoking deal to our attention and saving all of us $1600 a pop..
I feel like I need to send him a finders fee..

Dang. I wanted black exhaust tips but it seems like a pain to get the stocks powdercoated. Maybe I'll get these and have it done.
Every video I see says "LOUD" but how loud are they exactly compared to stocks?

Yeah, I'd like to know exactly how "loud" these things are. I have a feeling they might wear on me after a while.

Cool, thanks. I had Borla Stingers on my old C5 for a few years and I loved them at first, but after a while I grew to hate them. I plan on keeping this Z06 for a long time and while I'd like something a little louder than stock I fear these might cross the line.
