What's my car worth?
EDIT: For sale here: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...post1595839342
I know the answer to this is always "whatever someone will pay for it" however I'm considering selling it and I'm not sure what it's truly worth because of a few unique features of it.
For me the car checks off nearly all the boxes except for the fact it could be more fun to drive. I love love love it and I probably won't sell it but I just wanted to get an idea. A car I've wanted for a long time has come up, it's very very cheap, won't go down in value, is an absolute hoot to drive, and I wouldn't want to get it without offing the Z. My thoughts are that right now the Z06 is still the fastest "bestest" Corvette ever made. In a few months this will no longer be the case. I'd sell the car, buy the cheap car, bank the remainder, eventually get something else down the line.
The unique features of my car are as follows:
It's a 2015 so it has a 100k warranty.
It's a Z07
It's an M7
It has a lot of miles ~48k.
It looks phenomenal from 5 feet but up close it has the typical sand blasting.
MSRP was $107k
Black on Black with red guts.
New pads. Tires good. Interior very good.
3LZ
CF Stage 3
KBB sell to private claims $63.5k for auto and $63.8k for a manual.
I think KBB overestimates prices however I feel there's more than a 300 gap between auto and manual.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
Best,
Gene :cheers

54,000 with out the snow tires and 54,500 with. Lot of better deals out there on the market.
The miles are pretty high with year round use Plus your at the wrong time of the year to sell.
I was wondering why you were not selling since you are down grading the Z06 as a not a good to buy in some of your posts.
Wasn't this car a gift? I would wait till spring it should fetch a little more, sell it then and get the other one now.

I have the same year, packages, transmission, etc.
Full car was wrapped in SunTek Self Healing in first 100 miles. Exterior 9.5/10, interior the same or better. But only 8k miles and I cannot get an offer over $63k. FWIW.

have see how well they actually sell.
The C8 will be the next car and it is little ways off. C7 will the last front engine Corvette's maybe the Z06's might do ok!
Then I'm thinking the second year with one of those C-8's.
After seeing and driving the difference from a mid (4411) 2015 to a mid (3081) 2017. Your early number 27 car would seem like it was still an experiment.
With all the floods, fires, hurricane's, and earthquakes the pressure on lumber will be crazy.
Log prices never went down this year and should be headed through the roof towards record prices. Was just talking to the logger today! 40 acre's of trees should buy about 3 ZR1's
My 2 cars have none of the "sandblasting' which is only "typical" on winter beaters. The 2017 is virgin with no chips so far and the 2015 has few with 1 on the hood.
Good luck with the sale!

My bad I cannot imagine where I heard that. Not seeing the point of selling my Z06's because another C7 is coming out that may only sell 1000 cars

Just need to wait till spring the market is down right now due to winter being around the corner but it will pick up and your car should do much better in the spring!

I must agree. This "I have two (2) C7 Z06s" topic just always seems to randomly surface.

Melting Slicks
After seeing how it's been your daily driver in deep snow and every other weather condition I wouldn't touch it anywhere near the top of the range. Only a garage queen would get my top dollar price.
You're free to enjoy your Corvette however you like; just don't expect someone else to pay for your "fun".

Game on it's for sale.
I'll start a thread in the proper forum in the next day or so.
Yes it's been driven in a lot of snow. If this upsets you don't buy it.
Best,
Gene
