dont be so paranoid about hate. Those that call out haters might be the biggest Haters.
I troll the c7 section because i am seriously considering a c7. Maybe even a zr1 without the wing. I wish i would have trolled the c6 section to learn more from the c6 owners before becoming an owner myself.

Do I agree? Nope. Because there are ZR1 threads in the C7 Gen, C7 Tech, C7 FI/Nitrous, and C8 sections. The "filter" they have build is only for the general section.

Oh well. Guess I have to deal with it just like everyone else.

So what’s the big deal with making a new subsection? I don’t understand the resistance/apathy in just getting it done.

Obviously a lot of hype and posts right now, once the initial new toy gleam wears off, there may or may not be enough traffic to justify a sub section. The C6Z and ZR have been fairly slow the past few years.

Why not just re-title the C7-Z06 to include ZR1, as in the C6 section?

I agree, lets keep things uniformed through out the forum.

That seems like a reasonable compromise.

The ZR1 of this generation doesn't have the degree of difference/separation of the ZR1 of previous generations. It is realistically a Z06 with a track pack and probably one of the best indicatiors that the C7 generation is nearing an end.

That would seem a better approach than lumping the ZR into C7 Gen. I hope they move the ZR stuff over here if it's not going to have its own subsection.

Does it really matter if traffic in a sub forum is slow? Just seems like better organization of information regardless of how many people look at it or participate.

Well.......we have a C8 section and the car does not even exist yet My vote is moderator, make a new section for this awesome car We don't know the performance figures yet but I am sure it will be amazing, more hp, better cooling, great handling and super meats out back, 355's! Love my Z06 but there is a new sheriff in town

Folks -

Jim will be having a conversation about this topic with IB later today. Patience, please. Your voice(s) have been heard.

And they're actually drowning out the voices in my head, too. Which is good!

I'm hardly a hater....except of haters. I love all generations of vettes, I read almost every section here on CF daily... and I post in many of them. I am not paranoid about **** in life...damn sure not internet trolls... Its just annoying to read their BS on a forum I log into 5-6 times daily. Even the ignore list won't save you completely.

If you have followed the C7 sections for any length of time, you'll see the MAJORITY of the bashing hate posts, are created by a certain 4-5 C6 owners.... This is not saying all C6 owners are haters but....definitely on all of the C7 bash threads, its a C6 owner instigating.

I just can't wrap my head around why either... If they dislike the C7 so much, why are they always posting in C7 sections? Why would they even be reading about a car they dislike so much and feel the need to draw out every negative about the car and exploit them? That is called HATE.
