Default New Z06 Owner 2017 3LZ/Z07

Just wanted to say hello; I decided to trade up to a Z06. Experiencing some issue with the memory seat setting. My old 2014 3LT/Z52, all you have to do is press the memory setting button the seat will return to your setting. The Z06 it has to be push continuously to get them to return to your setting.

Is this normal, is there a software upgrade to perform like the older C7?

Also, the dealer did not install the "Carbon fiber" kit before I got it. Has anyone installed the spoiler center piece for daily driving? Thank you.

The seat has a diffetent procedure to set the memory. I think it's adj the seat then press set for one beep, then the mem position you want. When it beeps twice it's done. I took the clear piece out. You can tell the difference on the highway. Great car, enjoy...

My memory seat is wacky too. It goes to the saved settings sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. My HUD always seems to reset to the touring mode display also even though I save it at just the speed.

When installing the clear wicker bill, make sure they gave u the longer bolts and don't over tighten or it will snap.

Make sure you configure the valet future and set it if you have to take the car back to the dealer.

My 2015 does the same. To get to the memory position I have to hold the button until the seat reaches the position. However, I have easy exit programmed on and when I first get in the car all I have to do is start the engine and it will move to the correct position on its own.

Make sure you program the easy exit so the seat goes back. That saves a lot of wear on the seat bolster when you get in the car.

I assume you have your parking brake on when trying to recall your memory seats? Or maybe this is only for M7's.

I was having issues wth mine until I read in the manual that the parking brake had to be set. Now it functions normal

I will try the parking brake; I normally do not set it.
