Default Front Tire Options

I'd like to replace my front run flats with the lightest, non-run flat tire available for the OE C7Z wheels.
I did some quick research on Tire Rack and they vary by as much as 8 pounds between brands. I've also seen some guys downsize from the original equipment.
I have dr's on the rear and would like a lighter tire for the front.

If anyone has any info it would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Conti Extreme Contact Sport. Compare the tread width to the Mich. and they run on the narrow side. It would be a non issue for a street driven car IMHO.
If you go back to the Tire Rack page you can compare the 2 side by side.

Last summer I had to change the fronts on mine due to being corded . I went with Pilot Super sport in Non Run flat , I went with 295/30/19 as that's all I could get where I live .
