I recently ordered this https://www.c7carbon.com/rear-diffus...tray-c-153_202 and it should be in and installed hopefully before the new year. I'll post pics once it's installed. I got it in carbon fiber, also got the carbon fiber replacement for the factory diffuser (which is technically what the black part of your rear bumper is called, a diffuser)

Katech Diffuser Strakes came out nicely on this one.

On the website it looks like those just rivet on. Are they molded in that pic? I don't see rivets, but then I'm not sure how you'd mold CF to polyurethane.

You can use black rivets. We used either an allen head or torx black screw. Not sure if they came with it or we decided to use those. We installed them at 3am 6 months ago so it's a little foggy.

APR ver 2.
I love it.
People's biggest gripe is no cutout for rear tow hook but I'm sure a shop can easily do it.

Bought these from K tech for under 500! Lots of compliments and hopefully they help to move the air from under my car at 150.

I'm not a fan those Katech ones. They're very... severe. Almost like a knife blade bolted to the diffuser. I also don't like that they bolt/rivet on and aren't a part of the diffuser itself. It's certainly cheaper than replacing the entire diffuser like the APR, but you know what they say. You get what you pay for. If you enjoy that race car look, those Katechs are certainly good for that though.

This looks good. I'm surprised GM didn't offer an OEM diffuser like this on the ZR1 to further differentiate it from the Z06 and other models.

If that APR diffuser came with shaved reflectors, I'd definitely get it, instead of the one from C7 Carbon that I bought. I don't see why all these aftermarket diffusers come with spaces for the reflectors. Who wants those??

Any input as to how easy/difficult the install process is? Can it be done at home or is a lift needed? Thanks in advance.

For which solution? If you get the rivet *****, you can just bolt that on. If it's a replacement for the factory diffuser, you'll have to pull the rear bumper cover

Car does not need to be lifted. I installed it at home in an hour by myself.
