Default New Katech CNC-ported LT4 supercharger and snout - 87mm or 103mm throttle body

I'm very happy to announce that we are now offering CNC porting for LT4 superchargers and snouts. We offer incredible quality and fast turn-around of your LT4 supercharger. We A-B tested the porting along with our 103mm throttle body and achieve 30rwhp on my Z06.

Instructions for preparing the supercharger and sending it in are on the product page.

Supercharger - http://store.katechengines.com/cnc-p...rger-p605.aspx

Snout - http://store.katechengines.com/cnc-p...nout-p606.aspx

103mm Throttle body - http://store.katechengines.com/gen-5...px?Thread=True

87mm throttle body - http://store.katechengines.com/lt1lt...body-p487.aspx

Soon I will be posting a tutorial video showing how to remove and re-install your supercharger as well as the porting process.

Is the 15/16 snout different from the 17+ snout?

Will you be offering a core program so we can swap out and send back?

It's the same.

No core program, just fast turnaround on your existing supercharger.

Very Nice work!
What is the HP/TQ difference between stock and 103 TB?
Do you have a before and after dyno graph for comparison?

I don't have any for the throttle body alone because normally it's part of a larger system and done with other things.

This was an A-B test of our ported LT1 throttle body vs stock LT1 on a stock intake manifold. The engine was a 427 LT1.
