Default Dropped my C7.R off at AMP today for some upgrades

finally got everything finished with returing my Z06 to GM after them agreeing it was a lemon . Searched for 2 months for another Vette and missed out on one I seen on eBay which happen to be located at Porsche of Houston. Then the salesman calls me and says he just got one one trade In & sends me a couple pics ! I’m like wow it’s a C7.R . I jumped on the deal and bought it . However I’m in CA & was looking to have some fun work done & I stumbled across AMP & Said F it . Gave them a call & discussed packages , I ended up going with the 5R package. I flew in from Ca today and dropped the car off at their shop which is nicely setup ! Looking forward to getting it back and see what kind of power it makes !!

You got a smoking deal on that car!

I looked up the 5R kit.. Very nice choice! Will the car still run on pump gas? How long will it take for the mods to be completed? I cant wait to see the end results on your car.

Your car is in good hands with Sam... AMP has a great Rep w FI builds here in DFW...
Here is a guy I ran @ one of the half mile events. F1X C6Z.. Mine is a piddly 414 w a little juice....C5Z...

They really are... Along with the Tx mile. Events such as Wanna Go Fast are Nationwide.. Not sure if they do Cali... But I know they do AZ,Fla,Ga,TX..

The Yellow C6Z is just one example of AMP's work. You made the right choice. Although AMP is not my preferred shop. Sam is well known in the DFW and surrounding areas. He's very meticulous on his builds and his shop is surgical. At the time, the Yelllow Z was making right @ 1000 to the tire... I got the jump on him with the Nitrous...

I have since picked up an 08Z.... Actually went and looked at a shark Gray C7Z yesterday... My C6Z is paid for and I cannot bring myself to have a car payment.

It’s been a very long wait but hoping to have it back within the next week . Wasn’t aware it would take this long but I believe the shop was participating in some big events that slowed things down .
