More Track Videos
This warm weather has me ready to go to the track but I don't have my first event for nearly a month. So I thought I'd post some track videos for those of us that need a fix. Enjoy!
This was from the Summit Point Drivers Club event last September. True open track all day long and as you can see no traffic. Other than a pass on a couple of Caymans it's just me rolling around doing low 1:18's.
Here's my fastest lap to date at VIR from this past November, after that I packed up and went home.
How about a full session on VIR Grand Course. Lots of passing but clearly I am not Jim Mero.
During this session at VIR I manage to catch a black C5 T2 car towards the end. That car was being driven by Randy Pobst.
Finally, I just think this one is cool. I let by and follow an E30 BMW that weighs 2800 lbs and has an M5 motor in it. No TC or ABS and the driver could really wheel that car.

Good stuff. I imagine The guy in the 2800lb e30 was getting a real strenuous workout behind the wheel of that thing keeping out in front of you. his butt-hole must have puckered up every time he was locking up and smoking that right front tire. I wish there were tracks near where I live like that.

How about you just put the car in your trailer and drive down to Sebring? Events every 2-4 weeks all fall, winter and spring. Jimmy Buffet needs to write a new song entitled "It's track season somewhere".
