LG Dual Intercooler package easy install
Hi guys,
If only GM would have included this style kit in the C7 Z06 instead of waiting for the ZR1 to include them.
We have been working on our Dual intercooler package and recently came back from a 3 day test in Florida at Daytona and Sebring.
Temps never went above 194 F in any session. Zero problems Zero issues, just lap after lap of pure enjoyment like these cars were supposed to be.
We keep kits in stock ready to ship. Front fascia templates included if your local shop wants to put the Carbon Fiber inlet ducts in, or we can supply you with a front fascia with the Carbon Ducts installed for you.
We have plenty of cars out there with these simple to install kits. We also have pick up and delivery to and from anywhere in the Country if you want this and more improvements to your car completed in our shop in N Texas at LG Motorsports HQ.
Give us a call to get any questions answered.
Thanks
Lou Gigliotti

Lou, I have to say that the fascia of you kit is more aesthetically appealing than what the ZR1 ended up being. Just my personal opinion. But looking at the yellow ZR1 illustration on C&D cover a while back, the less pronounced "scoops" on the left and right edges look so much better (a lot like your kits). Great job.

They went from ignoring the problem to overkill. We did our own digitizing of the front fascia to get a good part. Normally, as a member of SEMA we wold be given the actual manufacturer Digitized front fascia but GM blocked LG Motorsports from getting the data. SO we paid to have our own digitized fascia.
I guess GM is still mad at me for not laying down when they blocked our LeMans effort.
No worries, where there is a will there is a way.

we have more companies over seas-, Australia and Europe buying our cooling system. The have plenty of tracks in Europe that need our cooling system to keep their C7 Z06s cool!!

Not an exaggeration on the effectiveness of this system.
Im lucky enough to live a short distance from LG's new HQ and recently had this kit installed by them.
Added the LG radiator, air to oil cooler & racing fan using the stock thermostat. (I had previously installed the aux radiator and a upgraded HX for the intercooler and had the fans re-programmed.)
I have a modified manual car that would regularly get slower as the temps climbed.
It has never overheated but it would definitely get hot enough to pull a lot of timing.
Since then my temps are basically the same as they were on my built LS7 with a 170deg thermostat... no BS!
Engine sits around 194-196 all the time & Oil sits around 180-190.
My manifold temps remained about the same as they were with the previously upgraded HX. (But this was never my issue.)
If I run the car hard or hold the revs to build heat it will not stay there.
I have managed to get the fluids into the low 200's but it wont stay there either even under throttle. The water will creep up 220 or so then drop to 195-196 within seconds.
I could not be happier with the work Lou's guys did on the install. Everything looks and fits very OEM like.
And yes I like the looks actually better in person. It still looks like a Z06, not a Z06 trying to be a ZR1.

The intercooler HX inlets have a nice shape that doesn't show up well in the photos I have seen. (They look like little canards walking up on the car.)
Here is a crappy photo taken with a phone but it shows how well the finished product blends in with the existing look of the car.
The fittings and close up detail (everything) all looks very nice in my opinion..... and Im pretty picky.

Would be awesome on the 2300 one cheek cooler for each engine bank.

This looks like a well thought out system. Very nice.. I’m having Able Chevrolet install a set of your drop spindles on my ‘17 Z06/Z07, I’m looking forward to this install.
Thanks,
