Finally broke 200 at the Texas Mile
At 202 we hit a limit in the program . car quit pulling until it hit 200 and started pulling again . Has since been adjusted up. Anyway crossed the line at 200.7 . Probably should have been 203 or 204. It was nice to finally go get my t-shirt.

Kevin,
Nicely done, man.
Good running. Glad you see you got the rig sorted out. Now the Misses has her t-shirt.

Heck yea!!! When did you run? I don't recall seeing it (and this upsets me LOL). What were your 1/4 and 1/2 speeds?

416 Stroker, 2.3 Magnuson Supercharger, Haltech CAI , American Racing long tube headers , ice box for cooling supercharger. 103 MM Nick Williams Throttle body, Hoosier R7 tires.. That should be most of it. Pretty simple setup really.

Yes sir. we missed you. I am not sure if you ever saw Bubba's C5 Twin Turbo corvette . He blew it up in Denver last year and had it rebuilt better than ever. He did 209.2 and it has more in it. Bill chasing his tune around right now. He did 208 or a little better with 225 on the horizon. The Mile itself was a mess this year. Their timing guy had left and took his equipment so they had new people and new stuff. made for a long weekend with lots of delays. We are thinking about going to Arkansas in the fall. That event is now run by East Coast Timing Association. We are hoping they are more organized, on time, and just easier to deal with. Making sure we can pass tech.

Yeah, I had to miss this one. I plan on running the TM in October. I ran the last one in Ark., took my ZR1 to that one. I'll bring my Callaway Z06 down for the October event in Texas.
Sorry to hear about the timing crew. I'd bet they got enough feedback they'll get that fixed - at least I hope so, as the TM has historically run a good event.
Next time you run into Bubba, give him a hat tip from me.
That crazy bastage.

Drifting
Kevin,
I saw the pass. Congrats! Nailing 200 and more is a hell of a rush. Not that anything slower is boring.... You'll find more MPH next event. The best part of our new facility is that constant tail wind. Free HP!
