Drew, did you have a custom shorter rad or did you just lay the stock one further forward to get the air filter in there as well?

I have Holley running in/out water sensors and blower temp sensors also.
Can runs cool and sound of blower is crazy coming from custom 5" intake system with NO restriction... Its feed with clean air from the front.
Awesome build. How does it run on premium gas alone?

Does the port fuel system operate at low rpm / low load?

Yes.... Custom radiator.. It goes from frame rail to frame rail... ALOT bigger than stock....Modified stock fan to attach to it...

The ac condenser is laying flat where trans cooler was....

it was 92* here I had ac blast for 1 hour and ect was 184* oil was 182*

MAT(blower aie temp) were 110

I have lots of pics of it just have to upload...

The twin intercoolers is working awesome....

I have 1 more trick up my sleeve...

I have it set to come on @ 2300rpm- 2psi- 30%tps...You can tell when it comes in or off... Very smooth. Chris from Crawford set it up soo nice and car is Begging for more boost and endless fuel support on e85...

Right now im at 923rwhp at 18psi

Thinking of putting a bigger lower on it but this setup is soo nice and docile compared to my F1x setup...A lot more enjoyable.

Premium 93 it runs the same

Radiator has big end tanks and custom duct for all air flow goes thru.

The 2 crash bar openings flow into bottom of air box and you can see filter it goes thru.

Ace work drew! Looks killer and is clearly working very well for you. Do you still run the trans cooler under the AC condenser?

What fuel is the 923rwhp on? That's killer power!

full E85. . . Didn't dyno on 93 just street tuned it...

trans cooler.... I made a custom trans cooler that the driver rear brake duct feeds right into it..... trans temps are really good also...

Gonna be 93* tomorrow and I'm taking 3-4 cancer kids for rides so that should put it to the test.

I'm ready to start my next build soon.

You probably remember me from the C6 ZR1 section when I started all the cooling for them 5 years ago

Any pics of the trans cooler setup? What do you use the car for? Street, drag or road course ? I really like the simplicity of the setup! And that air intake for the supercharger is...

What would you guess it would make power wise on normal pump.

Also just noticed the filter setup! So you are pulling air through the crash beam and also from the fron! See what you mean about NO restriction! Lol

Are your side mounted HEs custom or the GSpeed / LG ones?

pump has should be low 800 I assume.

I use car for street, drag and roll... we do have a track rental at Autobahn Country Club coming up.. A big road course in Joilet,IL.

my heat exchanger system is all custom fab... I run 2 12"×18" heat exchangers in them... My Holley ecu setup I have a temp sensor in the in and out of blower and I can see that it is cooling Very good.

Also the expansion tank is like 3.5+ gallons and its location works awesome. The bottom of its cooled also by air from under car. This tank will work on regular Z06 also... it's not in engine bay absorbing heat...*

yeah I have pics of trans setup just need to put on my laptop. We also did same setup on a procharger Z06 ams is working well.

You did an awesome build all the way around. I love how clean everything was routed etc.
Looks like you are running about 10 degrees cooler for Water & Oil than I am with the LG setup under similar circumstances/conditions.

Im still running a stock thermostat. Did you swap yours of stay stock as well?

I wish I had the skills to fab and build stuff like this on my own.
