The wheels are currently finished in the beautiful Satin Charcoal color with Polished Clear lips but can be changed for an additional price if desired.

The smallest size the HRE S101's come in is 19". HRE does have other options that come in 18"x8.5" // 18"x10.5" and they are very lightweight so contact me directly when you have a minute and I can show you which models.
