Does the euro spec Z06 make 9 more hp? According to this ad it does

Not sure about the Z but I can tell you that when I bought my E46 M3 the euro version did not have cats and so boasted high hp/tq numbers. I wound up putting the euro headers on my car since there is no inspection in AL. Definitely was a noticeable increase, well also added an aFe CAI and a Shark tune.
