2019 Corvette Owner's Manual online
Found this online. Interesting reading about track prep, ZR1 wing, fuel octane, etc. FYI.

If the link stops working, do a Google search for 2018 Corvette Owners Manual and change the two 8's to 9's in the year in the URL.

For 2019, on Page 163, it talks about 100 octane for LT4's and LT5's. I see no mention of 100 octane in the 2018 version.
Fuel
LT1 Engine : 93 octane (or higher)
unleaded gasoline is required.
LT4 Engine : 93 octane (or higher)
unleaded gasoline is required.
100 octane (or higher) unleaded
gasoline is recommended at the
track when temperatures are above
30 °C (86 °F) to maximize
powertrain performance and
improve longevity of components
within the powertrain.
LT5 Engine : 93 octane (or higher)
unleaded gasoline is required.
