Thanks Guys. Lots of good advice and as usual lots of varying opinions, but that is what I was looking for. I took out the extended warranty so I probably should leave it alone although it seems I could drop a better air filter and x-pipes to make it breath easier...that and some training. I'm not too sure about the chassis thing. I may need to study up on this a little more.....I appreciate your input.

Yes, you should "fine tune" the chassis. Car can't put down the power it has due to shitty chassis set up from the factory. First thing ANY owner should do is get a VERY accurate alignment including the rear caster.
After car is properly aligned further fine tune by getting get a DSC Sport shock controller you'll be good to go.
It's comical how many people want to add horsepower to a car that can't utilize the power it already has. Does NOTHING to improve performance if you can't use what you have.
I'm always GREATLY amused when people come up to me at track events and all they want to know is how much HP I've added and what corresponding mods I've done to make my car get around the track as quickly as it does. They think I'm lying to them when I tell them I'm running stock power with a properly tuned chassis. So funny and it happens EVERY SINGLE track day. I run quite a few days and I only run local which is Hallett. I've NEVER been to an event where anybody is turning quicker times than my stock powered C7Z.
It's really surprising how many people can't appreciate or grasp this concept.

I just picked up my 19Z last friday. I dyno'd it right away and it made 525/580. I then went and installed the AFE CAI, and the Borla X-pipe and tuned it. It now sits at 588/630. Let me tell you it is a totally different animal. At first it felt slow-nothing special. Mind you my last car was a 151LE that was making 860rwhp. Hitting the track on friday to see how it makes out. My next mod is the 18% crank overdrive and the Cordes HX tank. I just wanted to do this in steps to see the individual gains.

Putting easily removed mods on makes sense. Just don't understand tuning and voiding a warranty on a new car that's not even broken in. If a fluke piston or rod breaks it's one hell of a bill for 50 HP that you barely notice.

I'm loving my 2015 M7 with 673 rwhp with 2300 Heartbeat, Halltech intake and Headers and tune with 13 pounds of boost on premium gas. Remember the 2019 ZR1 puts down 660rwhp . Plus it is heavier. My 2015 actually really flys! Major fast!
Same mods in progress on the A8. Then I'll will be buying one more M7 Z06 before they are out of production. The car is beast with those mods here is the same mods on the A8 from Tunetime. No more stock Z06's when you can add mods could careless on the warranty threat.
The slips below are from an A8 with a 2300 and headers and intake and tune, Done at Tunetime Performance!

Sounds like a beast. I will most likely go with the Whipple 2.9 when my warranty is up. Going to push it to 750-800RWHP.

I have never heard of "TUNETIME" and I bet most here haven't either. Make your own runs and post your timeslips, not someone else's. Obviously two posters other than myself were fooled into thinking those were your times. You might want to stop smoking that stuff. You're fogging up quickly.

Try a BMS filter or a Halltech/aFe Intake, Tony Mamo ported TB and an x-pipe first. You probably won't even desire a tune after those mods.
