Default Any Oracle Lighting contacts/reps here??

Spent $430 for Oracle reflectors and one of them is defective out of the box. Now I'm getting jerked around, having to pay for return shipping, etc...

Saying I have to pay to have it sent back to be tested...
pretty clear it's defective. At $430, a replacement should be shipped ASAP.

That surprises me. I spoke with them at SEMA last year and they looked sharp and ready for good business. Hopefully they will step up. Best wishes.

Have they ever corrected the rear fitment issue? I know the original fix involved trimming down some tabs.

I wasn't aware of any fitment issues...these fit perfectly, just a dead section of 4-5 LED's.
The ones that work look incredible...

I hope you get it replaced at no cost to you. The fitment issue was that the rear molds were not fully flush and as a result needed to be trimmed in order to fit. The fronts apparently did not have that issue.

I'm going back and forth between these and the clear markers (match up well with Arctic White) made by GS Creations. I know Oracle also has the body-colored painted option as well.

Default Glad I didn't order

I call ed reps a few weeks ago to discuss details on which unit to order.....the man on the phone sounded like he was in la la land....and I didn't have a warm fuzzy feeling about ordering these at such a high price for 4 plastic LED lens.......so held off, and now after seeing Forum member getting the run around on paying shipping charges I think I will pass.....too high a price, and quality control not what it should be for such a high price accessory.

Hope it all works out soon......they should have already shipped you out a replacement..told you to throw the bad one away...and continued to march.

Nuf said.

I hope you get this sorted out! there customer service SUCKS! i ordered the drl's from Oracle Lighting. the first set wires were broken. and they were made wrong should have been a right and left and they were both the same! they wanted me to pay to ship them back! after hours of wasted time with them they shipped out a new set! guess what ? wires broken again! this time asked for refund and they would not give me money back! Lesson learned never to deal with again! to this day they still send me emails asking to pay again for the second set they sent me! I still have both broken sets in my garage! I hope they to the write thing for you but i would not hold my breath dialing with them!

I bought mine a little over a year ago through RPI for $249. The left front had the same issue as the OP after a few months. RPI gave me the contact info for Oracle and I sent them the defective part. Within a week I had a new one and have had no issues since.

I received the repaired side marker today. What a complete joke. It was pried apart, apparently fixed, and there is literally a smear of clear silicone around the entire outer edge of the piece.
I was hoping they would make it right and send me out a brand new reflector... they did not. So now, I paid $400 for a set of new reflectors, and because one was defective straight out of the box, I have a very sloppy repaired marker. ...Not to mention that I had to pay return shipping for something that was defective out of the box. Very displeased with Oracle, and would not recommend their products to anyone.

Had the same issue on mine right from the installation. Got a response that a fix was 6-8 weeks in the making. That time has passed and I was then told that a fix was almost complete and would be ready in about 2 -3 weeks. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Will contact them after the 4th.

Not looking forward to the final fix if it is like yours Conman!

I wish Diode Dynamics made a set. They worked right from the get go on my Camaro ZL1 1LE and they were a whole lot cheaper!

This is apparently what you get from Oracle for $400...
Look at the fine workmanship on the silicone repair job... unbelievable.
And the marker no longer fits properly after the "repair", as the middle tab no longer clips in, which makes it stick out a good 1/8" and allows light to bleed out all around the marker. Ridiculous.
I've sent them an email telling them I want a NEW replacement, or a complete refund.

^^^ Man, that really sucks! I hope you get a new replacement and/or full refund if you're not satisfied. Horrible customer service. FYI Oracle Lighting has a FB page so you may want to leverage posting your pics for all to see if they don't resolve the situation.

I really like these marker lights painted the car color and I was going to order them next week but now I think I'll pass. Buying mods for corvettes on line with company's that don't back their products is a rip off . Thanks for posting about this company.

So instead of sending you a brand new set, they tried to repair the set you had??

I'll never buy anything from them. Thanks for the heads up OP. I'd dispute the charge with your credit card if I were you.

I have had the same issue, did not want to pay for return shipping so up to this point I’ve just dealt with it. Does someone have a direct contact email at oracle? I bought through a vendor and they were not helpful whatsoever.

I got mine through AutoAnything... they were absolutely no help so I started dealing with Oracle directly.
It's crazy that there are so many people here who have had issues with them... It's too bad, because they do look awesome - if/when they work. Just a shame their service and policies are so poor. If you receive an item and it's defective straight out of the box... you should NOT, under any circumstances, be required to pay shipping to return it. Unfortunately, that is their policy. Ridiculous.

Yep, they literally pried it open, replaced the defective LED's, and used clear silicone to "glue" it back together.
