Hey guys, will I have anything else to worry about with E85? More frequent oil changes, plugs, and are the cats safe? I have the Borla X-pipe but I still have the front cats.

Been running mine for over a year and no issues at all. The only thing noticed is that my exhaust pipes are cleaner, not sure if that is a better quality fuel I am using or the fact that E goes in every tank. I look at is a win/win.

Thanks for the reply. Are you running cats?

The inside of your engine will be cleaner too. Plugs, pistons, etc. don't have nearly as much carbon build-up with E85. Too bad the direct injection doesn't allow the valves to receive the same benefit.

I'm running ARH Long tubes with their cats. No issues.

Thanks. Anyone running the stock front cats? Do I even need to worry about this? I know all of the benefits of ethanol, but I'm trying to educate myself on the downsides as well. My car is running so strong right now, I'm a little nervous to mess with a good thing.
