Default Cam and low side fuel upgrades are done !!!

Well , a couple of weeks back I posted about going back to stock . After a while thinking about it , I decided to "explore" another avenue . Knowing what the labor cost was for doing the change back to stock , I enquired about the labor cost of installing custom Cam and new fuel system to add more boost .
It came to almost the same cost minus the cost of the cam and so on .
Soooooo , in about 4 weeks , the Beast is going in for second make over
Low Side DI Fuel Pressure System C7 Z06 Cam kit - Custom Grind Cam , BTR double valve springs, BTR pushrods, BTR VVT Limiter, VVT cam bolt, LT4 Head Gaskets, LT4 ARP head bolts,
Triple Nozzle Meth System Upgrade .
Hopefully get her back by late August

Really not sure , like I said , I was going to go back to stock , but …… I always had something in my head about owning a car with 1,000 hp so the F1A along with the next bunch of upgrades will get me soooooo close to that number . If I like the set up after the cam and fuel upgrade I may very well try and sell the stock blower .

Fuel system done , car on the rollers . Pre install numbers were 766 rwhp and 616 rear wheel torque .

First hit after the new install 824 rwhp and …...820 rear wheel torque !!! over 200 pound feet of torque increase

These are not the final numbers , as soon as its done ( hopefully tomorrow ) ill post the graph and , hopefully a video of the car .

Congrats on the new found power. I'm sure you must be happy that you changed your mind & didn't return to stock.

Its awesome to know you have that type of power available . Driving along at normal speeds , shifting at normal speeds , yeah the car does have a little surge ( I guess due to the Cam ) however , when you decide to gun it , best be hanging on and pointed in the right direction .
For a real rush , the car was in 6th gear traveling at about 50 mph , dropped it down to 2nd gear , hang on tight

Returning to stock is NEVER the right decision. Great to see a beast get created instead. Nice numbers for sure man.
