Does anyone have pictures of the tinted stage 3 wickerbill on a Z06?

I'm deciding between the OEM looking non-tinted and a tinted version for my car. Google image search yielded no real results.

Has anyone who purchased the aftermarket wickerbills on Ebay installed it without the grommets? Reason I am asking is I purchased one and it does not come with the grommets. Was told they are not needed. I cannot find any for sale either. I bought the screws but no grommets. Thanks

How is the vision changed...as in can you easily see through it tinted or does it make it a lot harder to see?
And why can't you reuse the screws from the OEM take off piece?

Ron there is 2 different versions. One is light tinted see through and the other is much darker. You need longer screws because the factory ones used on the winglets are not long enough to go through the wickerbill, grommets, winglet and than into the spoiler.

So of I already have the factory (center piece) wickerbill and I get one of the ones mentioned above, I'll need different screws?

i dont think so. Unless the new part is thicker I can’t see why you would. I also want to change mine...

Can someone post a pic looking in your rearview mirror showing the darkness or not of the center tinted wicker bill from inside the car looking out?

Slightly off topic, but the guy that did my clear bra also did the center section/wicker bill to hide any scratches on it and prevent more. Left it stock with regard to color.

I am interested in the tinted one because the stock one looks sort of out of place being it is a different color. I'd 1st want to see how much vision is reduced with a tinted center section.
I like how I can actually see out back coming from my 2014 Viper, where seeing out back was almost non existent.

Well, it for sure won't help. I guess it depends to some degree how aggressive you get with the tint. This is where the rear view camera helps.

I meant more about normal driving and checking your rear view mirror...not when backing up.

Will make it more difficult and, as you noted, the camera won't help. It seems to me like the C7 is harder to see out of than the C6. Probably going to have to rely more on your outside mirrors. Really doesn't affect you much if someone is directly behind you anyway.
