Dealership Dirtbag
I caught another dealership dirtbag out tearing up my car. I've got this one recorded. Dealer managment has a hollow I'm sorry. On Star and the PDR has it saved. My question to the forum is does anybody have contact info for anyone in a position of authority at Chevrolet. As in a name, title, with an address or e-mail. I'm not going to bother with the 1-800 screwyou number in the book.

Hollow "I'm sorry" isn't good enough. Sounds like you've got pretty solid evidence. Give 'em h***.

im amazed the techs are so dumb not to even check the glove box for the memory card before they do silly things.
All he would have to do is pop the card out and your pdr is no longer recording anything. Glad you caught him tho.
I see how much gas my car has drank from when i dropped it off and I already know they were out running it hard.
What did he do exactly if you dont mind answering or posting the vid?

Okay boys, I have not watched it all but so far it's lots of time over the speed limit and a run up to 114 MPH. Looks like he also hit the curb when parking at McDonalds. I've got some stills. I'll take a shot at posting.

The arrogance that these morons have means that they need to serve as examples so that dealerships have a zero tolerance policy for this behavior. Don't waste any time in addressing this and go after it hard.

You going to have some people coming to this thread and tell you how that doesn't hurt the car and that's what it was built for yada yada yada that's not the point. Because that same person as full of crap as they are if they allow you to drive their car and you started driving like this guy they lose their mind.
Your recourse is so difficult because what can they do for you? If you got a free set of tires out of the car or next X amount of oil changes for free maybe some money and accessories I don't know?
the guy should probably lose his job as he's putting the dealership in a very difficult position and if they don't do right by you you should completely out them like somebody said bring it to your local news station have them posted but I wouldn't do that before I spoke to the dealership and tell them your intentions to out them on social media to make sure that no other unsuspecting customer brings their car and there to have it abused or have their insurance become liable for some moron doing this.
you can go to your local police department with the video and show them what happened it's date and time recorded and they can or you can absolutely issue a reckless driving ticket to that employee it doesn't take a lot to get that information he put the public at risk and the trust bestowed upon him. he definitely needs to be dealt with. For me I would Demand free oil changes for the life of the car and a face-to-face apology from this jerk off in the presence of at least the general manager if not dealer principal why you stare him in the face I don't know what type of guy you are but that's the type of guy I am I'd let him know personally there are consequences to abusing someone's property I'd have some Choice words for him and that would be that. I'd be fine with that.
when I brought my car in for service I dealt with the service manager directly who owns a Corvette and I knew the tech through mutual friends have known him since childhood. I felt so comfortable bringing the car to them because I knew they would take care of it and when they brought it to the body shop the service manager drove it there and activated the valet mode and The Body Shop took great care of my car only once that I catch someone get in it and rev it up three or four times for absolutely no reason but I get it and it didn't bother me thank God there's a rev limiter in place LOL.

I like the police report idea. There is one where you can see the employee getting out of the car at an On Cue. I have not shown the pics to management yet.

Not knowing any different, the next guy in the door will be equally unsuspecting, so pattern behavior needs to be changed --- permanently.
This is definitely no time to be nice, if nothing else just to protect other customers. Other suggestions: report the dealership (including documentation and copies of your recorded PDR and OnStar clips) to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency.
Sick the legal guns on them and blast them to smithereens.
