Stage 2 kit installed and love it
I will try to get some pictures this weekend, but installed my kit and it is awesome. I absolutely love it.
It was a pretty straight forward install all the way around. Removing the back bumper for the spoiler was pretty intimidating for a guy of my limited skills, but had a buddy working with me and we just took our time.
What a difference this kit makes for the appearance.

I'm still waiting on proceeding with returning my side skirts that came damaged.
Now all of a sudden emails are not being responded to.
Not a good way to do business.

Emailed them through their site, no response. Went with a direct email and got a response. Told them my side skirts came damaged and they wanted to see pics. I emailed them the pics and asked if i can start the refund process.
Got an email back saying i don't need to send them the damaged skirt, they'll ship me a replacement.
I said i don't want a replacement, i want a refund. Never heard from them.
Emailed again, asking the same thing. Can we start the return/refund process. No response. Even told them i'm going to begin the transaction dispute on my credit card. Still no response. So i guess they don't care.
And now i'm posting this here. Maybe they don't think i'm a member of this forum. So yeah here's the post.
VERY bad customer service. More than 24 hours since their last email to me. And they made a post in this thread today, so it's not like they're not near the computer.
But i did sales before and customer service is VERY important. Can't even email a customer back. And seems like they don't want to take responsibility for damaged parts.

We already processed the refund back to your PayPal account yesterday. In your case(#2499), return is not required. The refund will take up to 24 hours to process. You may double check your PayPal balance to confirm the refund later in the day. If you do not contain a PayPal account, the fund will automatically process back to your card by PayPal within 10 business days. Thank you.
