Default Stage 2 kit installed and love it

I will try to get some pictures this weekend, but installed my kit and it is awesome. I absolutely love it.

It was a pretty straight forward install all the way around. Removing the back bumper for the spoiler was pretty intimidating for a guy of my limited skills, but had a buddy working with me and we just took our time.

What a difference this kit makes for the appearance.

I'm still waiting on proceeding with returning my side skirts that came damaged.

Now all of a sudden emails are not being responded to.

Not a good way to do business.

Same here.

Emailed them through their site, no response. Went with a direct email and got a response. Told them my side skirts came damaged and they wanted to see pics. I emailed them the pics and asked if i can start the refund process.

Got an email back saying i don't need to send them the damaged skirt, they'll ship me a replacement.

I said i don't want a replacement, i want a refund. Never heard from them.

Emailed again, asking the same thing. Can we start the return/refund process. No response. Even told them i'm going to begin the transaction dispute on my credit card. Still no response. So i guess they don't care.

And now i'm posting this here. Maybe they don't think i'm a member of this forum. So yeah here's the post.

VERY bad customer service. More than 24 hours since their last email to me. And they made a post in this thread today, so it's not like they're not near the computer.

But i did sales before and customer service is VERY important. Can't even email a customer back. And seems like they don't want to take responsibility for damaged parts.

I did not pay through paypal, i paid with my credit card directly off your site.

I will keep the transaction dispute open, with their assistance in the meantime, until the funds are back in my card.

I emailed yesterday with my paypal address so you can return the money there. Still no response. It's like they wanna respond when they want to, not because they have to.

I guess you're waiting long enough so the 30 day money back guarantee becomes invalid huh??
