New 2018 Z06
Guys, I need some purchasing advice. I'm looking at a new 2018 Z06. Msrp is $95,xxx. Discount is priced at $85,xxx. Should I be getting approx. 15% off? Should I go for $80,000 ? Trade in is a 2016 Z06 , 1 lz A8 with 6ooo miles Clean carfax. Thanks in advance. Paul

To add additional perspective, I ordered a 2019 Z06 and got 12% off MSRP. It was loaded up pretty well including the Z07 package, so I would start at 20% off with a floor of 18% off. They may try to inflate your trade-in credit, so calculate the number against your retail value in order to gain a true differential. Calculate the Blue Book or True Car trade value against 18% off MSRP. The delta is what you should pay.

Guys, thank you for your help. I figure that I can get a better deal on an 18. The one that I'm looking at has exactly what I want with nothing extra that I don't want. Shoot for 20% off. Paul

Brandon at Schumacher on Northlake will give you a better deal I believe. Great guy, straight to the point, discounts cars deep. Wife bought a car from him recently. He is who I will probably buy a vette from if I buy one.
