My ceiling height is just under 11 feet. You could get away with a little less and still be able to work under it. I am able to lift to just under the top most notch on the lift and stand under the car no problem. I"m 6'1". It would be tough to have much less ceiling height and stack cars.

Don't forget to get your Mobil ONE rebate! I'm only paying about half price for oil with this......

I’ve been doing my own oil changes for a while. I’ve had my vet 2 yrs .The first time I took it to the dealer. $95 later I said never again . I can do 3 oil changes for $95 myself.

I do all my own, including for my 911 hot rod that takes 15 quarts.
I’ve also built most of my cars, so doing my own oil change seems required.

Do you have a Stage 2 splitter? Just wondering if you can make it up that 67" race ramp with a stage 2 splitter. Thinking about getting a set of ramps for my GS.

about. If I lower my car I may need a board or extender but for now it's fine.

I do on mine, but I've got a dual lift, so it's pretty easy.
Just keep all your receipts, and also handy to keep a log book with them to record the mileage and keep the receipts in.

I have always done my own oil changes. The free changes from GM are no bargain if they are not done properly.
I have a 2015 ZO7. Race ramps make a three piece system that allows the car to be driven up without hurting the front air dam. The rearward pieces can then be removed for accessing underneath the vehicle.

Cool Dude! You just saved me $120 not having to buy the extenders. I would imagine the clearance has to be super tight tho. It you ever make it back to Virginia, send me a PM and I buy the first round. Thanks for your reply.

I do all mine as well. But today I'm at my midwest commercial property getting things done. I wanted to change my oil at before I went the 1500 miles home.
No ramps or much to work with so I used a left over 2 by 6 about 8 ft that was trash board left from the new 4 stall garage I just put up.
Cut it in half put each 4ft piece in front of each front tire. Then took 2 2 by 4's about 12 inches each. Put them at the end of the 2 by 6's.
Bingo had two ramps. Drove up them and stopped. Crawled under on some cardboard with a 15mm in hand and a big channel lock for the filter. and changed the oil.
2 jugs Mobil 1 from wallys and a pf 64 from oreillys.

I’ve always done my own oil changes. I have the longest race ramps they have and it’s easy to do. I always change my clutch fluid in the resivor when I do oil service. I use mobil 1 5-50 fx-x2 oil best of both worlds.
i change oil between 2500-3000 miles. Reason oil is cheap and the filter is only the size of your clenched fist. How much dirt can it really hold

Oil change
I’ve had my vet 2 years and the dealership did my oil once. I had a coupon and it was still 90$ .then I thought how much oil I can get for $90 . I built my own ramps and been doing it every since. I do it about 50% . Oil is always on sale
