C7 Z06 "2015" price in the next 2-3 years?
Does anything think we are going to see the C7 Z06 "2015" go for $45-$55k like we are seeing the C6 Z06 go for today in 2020 or 2021? Or do we think the C7 Z06 will hold its price better than the C6 due to all the interior upgrades and supercharger?
Any input/opinions would be cool.

There will be C7 Z06s available for under 50K in two or three years, without a doubt. I have already been eyeing some decent examples going for 55-60K. You might be able to find a Z06 near 50K this winter.
I think that the C6 Z06 has held its value pretty well so far. The C7 Z06 depreciation should be similar, especially for manuals if the C8 is auto only (which seems likely at this point).

There are 2015 Z06s already in that price range.

Low enough for me to purchase a Z07 in a year haha. Probably $45-$50k or lower.

Of course there will be. But none I would want to own. Things needing replacement on a beat up higher mileage Z06 will make you WISH you paid for the better one. No way.

Based on lease residuals most cars depreciate to around 50% of original MSRP within 3 years. (Lease residuals are reasonably representative of the marketplace unless they are being artificially raised by a manufacturer to lower monthly payments in order to promote sales of a particular model). C7s are a little higher, maybe 55% to 60%, but one way to find out would be to asked your dealer finance guy what the three year residual is currently on a 2019 for a given miles per year. I have seen numbers around 56% to 60% for 10,000 or 12,000 miles per year posted online. This is a reasonable approximation of value three years out. Cars typically continue to depreciate fairly significantly for another couple of years then the curve flattens out. Of course an actual price depends on a variety of factors including condition, mileage and how much someone want it. --Bob
