No hood modification is needed on the install

Install takes about 8hours, and can be done on your own.

I was quoted about 8hrs for the header install by several shops. I'm sure this is a book time that is used. You would need a lift to be able to get the headers off.

With the 2650 just around the corner I’m looking forward to seeing the comparisons. Looks like it’ll fit under the hood without any cutting.

How long has it been just around the corner though?

I believe 925whp is the record for this blower right now. I don't know if the 2650 would really be able to produce much more than that, but maybe would need to spin it as hard.

The new 2650 Heartbeat would need the low lid to fit. This looks to be the Camaro unit But it would be a bad boy. I look at the costs and goals. The 2300 If you want 700rwhp to as far as some say 775 depending on the supporting mods HEADERS,INTAKE ,2300, zr1 tb, is what it is all about and stay on the stock fuel. Everyone talks 700rwhp (800 plus engine) like is not enough I find it is a **** load! The upgrade price is not bad using forum vendors.
Pretty easy just need that great tune.
The 2300 could do more with pulleys. but I wouldn't hurts the blower temps you want that cool air charge and I would wait for the 2650 if I wanted the even bigger power.
Bigger power a lot more involved brings a low side fuel and very quickly very pricy bigger injector's and the new clutch the list goes on. You spend a endless ton more chasing a few 100 more Hp. See those every day. The 2650 maybe march who knows the releases have been talked about for over a year already.
THE 2650 heartbeat LOOKS EXTREMELY SWEET TO ME! I think Maggy makes the best top mount! Just my take!

Very pretty. What's the front splitter you're running? It looks like an extension of the stock one.

All depends on what the goal of the car is going to be in the end. If you are looking to drag the car vs 1/2 or mile Vs road course/auto cross. Dropping the 2300 on to get up to 880-940whp for top speed event would give a shot at 200mph. 20k in modifications to run 200mph in a standing mile blows me away. Everyone has their own goals.

I agree. Just why I have two cars. The A8 is king of the 1/4 mile while the M7 is the highway star. I think they run 200 in a mile with 800 let alone 880rwhp depends on the dyno I see lots of happy dynos esp in the rwtq

Good to know, but does the 95 TB / adapter plate I.D. match the 2.3 blower snout? I believe the snout is a little smaller which would create turbulence and inefficiencies if not ported to match?
