Used front C7 Z06 19's as Drag set up??
Anyone here used the front C7 Z06 19inch wheels to mount drag radials on and used for racing? I have not checked fitment but was asking before doing so. I will have an extra set of OEMs and just thought I would make good use of them. Please chime in if you or someone you know has done this set up.

We mounted our Nitto Dr's to 19" rear ZO6 repo wheels and they worked perfectly. They have 3 passes on them and considering selling them.

No, I was asking if anyone here ever tried using the front oem 19s on the rear corners as a drag pack. I have oem 19s and wonder if this would work. This is not a solicitation for a purchase of 19s. Sorry for any confusion.

I have an extra set of wheels just holding space and would like to make good use of them. Drag radials for the 19s are closest to the OEM diameter. The 285 size drag radial tires would be appropriate for my power level... added a CAI, that's it. Btw, the front 19s do fit and I will be ordering the DRs soon. The Vert should run 10.50s with decent DA.

So I had 285/35/19 MT SS drag radials mounted on the front oem 19s. Took the car to the track today and my 60ft improved with a triple of 1.66s. The DA was not great and for some reason, I could not get the car to burn out in one spot...I had to roll forward. But with that abbreviated burn out, I still cut consisted 1.66s with positive DA. No doubt I will see 1.5s with better DA conditions .

More sidewall, although the less width probably negates the approximate 1” sidewall you’ll get with the 19s.
Op if I was you I’d save up and get aftermarket 18s for the rear. Then your starting to get some noticeable improvement from a dig.

Cut 1.66 with this set up in positive DA. I will like post low 1.6s or even mid 1.5s with negative DA. With my mods, I have not seen other Zs with 300 series Hoosiers post a much better 60 ft., mods being CAI and PTB. So this setup is low budget but is effective.
