Dude, dont do that!!! they are as bad as oem Z06 wheels!! The only way is to get some REAL forged wheels!!
Lightweight and twice as much stronger than stock OEM heavy POS!!! best bang for the buck is Signature wheels!!
My Z isnt built yet. already have received my new wheels, sadly is the only real fix. But they sure up the look of the Z!!!

Second - Totally agree... no way I'd be putting the GM wheel back on unless there is a forged option. Go forged aftermarket and save yourself future headaches

never mind, just noticed your in Canada. Shipping is a PITA and probably enough money it wouldn't benefit anyone.

I doubt GM will warranty damage caused by an impact. If you look at insurance coverage it would be covered under collision insurance since the thing you hit was not moving. If it happened to be moving then it would be covered under comprehensive insurance and wouldn't affect your rates.

In Indiana last summer, there was road construction on I-65, with about 3 sections of mismatched height pavement in an open lane - like hitting a speed bump at 65 mph. 3 in our group filed claims with the Indiana DOT for bent rims. Indiana DOT referred us to the construction company's insurance company who paid 3 claims of over $2,000 for replacement rims.

I'd suggest you try having them straightened before buying Cup's which will present the same problem. My local Discount Tire store put me in touch with the guy they use and costs $30 - $40/wheel. This would buy you some time to order forged like Signature.
FWIW, I've used the car itself to confirm a bent wheel. I just jack up the rear and mount the suspect wheel(s) and put the car in gear watching rotation to see if bent...
