How to verify if MR calibration update is done

Yes but my main point is that just because it's listed there on that site doesn't mean it's been flashed and that's the current calibration in that module, just that it's available to be flashed. I believe the only real way to know what is actually in the module is to use an MDI and the SPS software to try to flash the module and then it will tell you what the current calibration is which doesn't make it easy for anybody to check. Unknown if any of the aftermarket higher end scan tools can read out module software part numbers but pretty sure GDS can do it as well.
I don't know of any 3rd party tools that can do it.

I have driven the Z on north Dallas freeways a couple of days in 30-40 degree weather and the car feels much more bouncey than before....anyone else?

Thank you. The website worked perfectly for me and confirmed I have the update. Not that I ever doubted it, I trust my dealer (Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville, TX) and it was a noticeable improvement.

Does the "New calibration for improved operation" refer to the same update or is this something else?

Is this an upgrade to firmware that is available under warranty or is it a cost driven improvement that the owner pays for. What are the benefits of this software installation? I would appreciate any information from the knowledgeable members of this site.

It is a GM Performance Parts upgrade. This has absolutely nothing to do with any warranty. As far as the benefits, there's about a dozen threads on that topic. In a nutshell, it softens the harshness of the ride without sacrificing performance.

then we compared with a fender push to another C7 Z06, my whole car bounced like a 64 Caddy with a fender push....it looks like all 4 shocks had WAY too much movement
Bring the Z back Wednesday for warranty repair

Mine shows Part Number: 84375892; CVN: N/A; Description: New calibration to support performance parts and motor sport catalog customers.
Prior to the update is showed a different part number, which was the oem as delivered calibration part number.
I disagree that the TIS 2Web/SPS info is what is available. It is what is in the car. Now if you didn't follow the directions the op gave you could end up with a page that shows you what is available. But I confirmed mine before and after the update following the posted procedures many months ago when it was flashed. Also clearly confirmed the change with M1Mod1 Butt Meter.

The database shows the software that GM has made available for the car since it entered production. If your car was built in March, and a new calibration is issued in June, the database will show that the June software is the newest available for your car. But your car still has the March software it was built with.
When the technician calls in to Techline to order the MRC Upgrade, the Techline agent changes the database to reflect this upgrade. It has nothing to do with when or even if the car is programmed.
I programmed my own MRC Upgrade. I've got a subscription to GMs AC Delco Technical Delivery Service. I called in to the call center on Friday, and I checked the database later that day. The upgrade was shown for my VIN. But I didn't actually program the car until Saturday evening.

Let me see if I have your worry correct. You think that a GM dealer would go to the trouble to call (and wait on the line up to 2 hours if it is Monday morning as happened with mine and apparently was the norm on Mondays at least last summer) and then get the system set for the update, download the update and actually quit there and not update the car??
You must have a particularly crappy dealer.

No, I'm saying sometimes mistakes happen. Like fat-fingering a VIN. Or the tech didn't wait until the database was actually updated before running the programming routine. Or there was a delay in the database update and the tech was given a VCI code to proceed in the absence of a database update, and a mistake was made with that process.
The only way to know what is actually in your car at any given time is to use GDS2 or another tool capable of reading calibration ID numbers.
Trust, but verify. Mistakes happen. Honest or otherwise. GM wouldn't pay a room full of people at Techline to troubleshoot this stuff if it was as cut and dry as you seem to think it is.

Hello, Since this is a newer thread I'm going to try here too.
I just took ownership of an 2018 Yellow Z06 w/o Z07 with a built date of Jan 2018. I'm really trying to find out 100% if I have the update or if I need the update or if it's worth it for what I have? From the website I got the following.
Operating System:
84213967 Updated OS
84059231 5.0 requires 6.0
23247866 OS
Real Time Damping:
84316055 SAD Calibration Update
84136519 Real Time Damping

As easy as this question might be, you are going to get somewhat of mixed reviews and answers. I know because like yourself I bought a new 2018 a few months ago (at a dealer with 0002 miles on the odometer), and after some investigation, I saw where it was manufactured on 1/10/2018, just like yours. If you read the discussion on this MRC system update in the 2019 models, the GM wizard of Z06's, Tadge ,states that none of these updates ever existed in prior MRC equipped Corvettes years 2017 and back....none of them had it. The 2018 model is a bit of a morph in that the later models (the 2018 Corvettes ceased production at the end of January, 2018) have some of the MRC updates in their system, but they are exclusively for the Tour and Sport mode (I'm positive about the Tour mode, and thinking he included Sport model). One thing for sure, none of the 2018's had the complete software change in the Track mode. So there you have it, same as mine. I have driven mine now about 100 miles and I previously owned a 2016 M7 Z06...that 2016 model drove like a buck board in Tour mode compared to my 2018. I actually think at this point I may not perform the update, I'm actually quite happy with what I have. I may change my mind later, but with my background with Z06's, this one is great! Clear as mud for ya.....
