Default 2016 Z06 Spats and mud guards

Help!!!!!!!
I need opinions. Should I get the front intergrated spats/mud guards in carbon flash from Apsis OR separate spats and mudguards in carbon flash from Acs. What looks better? Thanks!

Subscribed as well. Can’t decide but am leaning towards the ACS front and rear XL guards with the spats all in carbon flash.

This is a pic with the XL ACS Rockguards on. I also changed the spats to the carbon flash. I bought these before I seen Apsis has them in the one piece. Not sure yet if I’m keeping it this way or go with the one piece. I had issues on my passenger side with the carbon flash fitting. I got it fitting better still not sure if it looks better with the Apsis sells.

Thanks for the pic. Looks nice. In the same boat, I do like the one piece from Apsis but don’t like their reviews. Do you know if the Apsis is as wide and long as the XL Acs Rockguards?

Thanks for the pic and reply. I have the stage 3 aero, so I’m a bit worried how the one piece combined unit will fit. That’s another reason I’m thinking the two piece front units are probably the best solution.

I’m not sure how wide Apsis are. I know mine are wide and they come down low which is good. I also like how they look. If you find someone or ask Jersey what is the measurements at the widest part and let me know. I can measure mine how far they come out from the body. I did read reviews where I think someone had issues installing the one piece spats. The only problem I see with the one piece if you buy them and don’t like how they look then you have to ship them back. I know
if I decide to change mine to the full spat I would probably just have Jersey bring them to Carlise for me in August. That is there big corvette show.

I'm partial to the ACS spats and XL guard combo up front. The one-piece Apsis spats are nice but I think the ACS combo looks more natural since the lines suck back into the wheel well. To my eye, the Apsis spats seem to make the wheel gap more apparent.

Hi All,

I would like to step in to offer more in depth info.

There are 3 Splash Guard for Z. First one is GM’s skinny one, the 2nd is ACS and the 3rd is ours.

GM one is so skinny and almost do nothing for protection. ACS one is wider than GM one but still not wide enough to cover the front tire. Ours is the widest one that sticks out about 1/2” wider than the front tire. So it provide you maximum protection.

The Integrated Spat/Splash one pc version has exactly same width at bottom as our standard splash guard. To some customers it just looks odd where the front factory Spat meets splash guard. That is the main reason we develop the Integrated version. So it’s just personal preference. For our customers going with Integrated version they all LOVE it and they say it looks very factory.

There was a period of time that several customers experienced fitment issue and with numerous discussions with the customers we finally found the problem. Because the Integrated version is huge pc and complicate shape so through time in our storage on shelf, it shrinked the curvature itself due to weather changes. So finally we made the jig to put the Integrated parts in the jig to prevent it changes the shape. After a while, we remove it out from jig and then secure the parts in cardboard by cable ties and finally the problem is solved. Now you can have peace of mind using it.

There are many installed pictures on our web. Check it out. You may like what you see.

I did see a z06 with a one piece Spat/guard that had the Stage 3 Aero and it looked good. I also have the Stage 3 aero from ACS. I will call Apsis tomorrow to get more info. Let you know.

Hi Jersey,
Thanks for explaining the fitment on the spats. Don. Also do you have the carbon flash in stock? If not what is the time frame on them to be made. Thanks.

Yes we have in stock. Can ship tomorrow.

When you have stage 3 aero package, our integrated pc will have an additional notch at bottom so you don’t have to modify yourself. Just mount it right on.
