Doesn't matter what you or anyone might think so and so car is cool or not. Doesn't matter if you or anyone might think a certain car is better to drive or not.
The discussion at hand is that people are assuming the corvette z06 is superior to a car like a 911 turbo. And that's only 1 car mentioned.
People are under the misunderstanding that a corvette z06 looks like a supercar, performs like one, so it is one. And that's where other car owners of higher stature with actual real supercars are laughing at us.
So yeah it doesn't matter if they're laughing at us, well you guys. The whole point is that how amusing it is for you owners to think your car is better.
And if you're not saying the z06 is better, then clearly you're agreeing with me in saying the other car, like the 911 turbo, IS better.
So why keep arguing? Just accept it.

Rob you seriously have a problem. Sell your crappy Z06 and get a used 991 Turbo. Then go post on Rennlist. I post on there as well. Can you post a pic of your crappy Z06. If the price is right I may buy it from you😎

I don’t know Rob. However I guess I missed the part where he said the Z06 was crappy? I actually thought he said he loved his Z06. The Z06 is the BEST BANG FOR OUR DOLLAR. That’s all😏

He really wants a 911 Turbo. Maybe you should go start a go fund me page for him. With him selling the Z06 and the go fund me he should have a Turbo in no time.👍👍

I had the turbo in my wishlist but I’ve gotten spoiled by a spate of cool cars so it’s Mclaren or bust ( I may not get there) at this point. Except as i said, I’ll get a used Carrera S to replace my get-around- town Bmw.

Awesome! Glad to hear your shopping a 2018 991.2 C2S. Interesting that your buying a car more expensive than your Z06 as your daily driver while you save the lesser one back. I do agree the new 911 is more pleasant on a day to day basis, so good call on that one. Post a picture if you get it bought. Would love to see it.
But less talking and more pics of those 911's!

Pics of 911s? How many would you need to see, they are virtually all the same worn out squashed Beetle. The recent "redo" is more boring than the last version with more smoothness that it did not need. Jeeesus, how smooth does a car need to be. This thing has the surface appearance of a freshly expressed turd. Really gotta love this "German Engineering", yessiree!

And yes it is the best bang for the DOLLAR. But that's not what we're arguing about. I was saying something about german engineering, people got offended. I then said the 911 turbo is a far superior car to the z06 in all facets of driving, people got offended.
Like i get it that i sound like a troll and it sounds mean because we're on a corvette forum. But where am i wrong?
We're not talking about a 2000 boxster here. We're talking about a NEW 911 turbo. Even the non S version is a better car than the z06.

Yet another show of your lack of understanding. Are you a Corvette owner? Can’t believe you are....if so you would understand that AWD is EXACTLY what the C8 needs due to already being traction challenged. Their is also big performance/safety gains in the wet with AWD. Think before you post! Doubt your weather in Florida is terribly different.
