Default Please post info/pics of your 18" rims

With the news of all these cracked rims, I am trying to research what is an alternative rim for c7z and c7gs.

Can you guys post photos of your 18" rim setups?? (18" for more tire selection and track performance)

Is there any OEM 18" rim that fits c7z and c7gs (with steel rotors)??

I have already searched the forum and I saw a lot of guys suggesting finnspeed, forgeline, and ccw..

Are there any cheaper rims like an alternative OEM rim ? I don't track that regularly.. I just want sturdy 18" rims that I don't have to worry about cracking for <$2k

Will OEM c5z rear rims ( the 18x 10.5 or whatever it is) fit c7gs or c7z with spacer?

I got tired of the way the factory rims looked and also the way the car rode on the run flats. Had a set of CCW's from my C6 that I kept. The rear offsets were the same as the C7 but had the space the fronts 1/2". CCW SP-550's 19 x 13 rear with 345/30/19's the fronts are 18 x 9.5 with 275/35/18's. Car rides so much better and the CCW's which are 6 years old are stronger and much easier to clean then the factory rims.

I do NOT like 18" wheels on the C7, but I have to say those are some sick rims dude @SoSlow1

I don't have a clue. The car is lowered on the factory bolts and the factory alignment hasn't been touched..

I would keep the staggered look. That’s just my opinion. I did it with my C5Z06 18’s and 19’s. I think it would still look good plus get a better ride with more tire.

My c5z has the OEM rears on all 4 corners with all same tire. I tend to not like the staggered look imo.. plus cheaper tires with 18s

TSW interlagos & Nurburing 18x10.5 will clear front/rear iron brakes on a Z06.

I use the nurburings as my wet weather wheels with H20's

Pull up the black sinister thread. Near the last page I think he is running all 18’s with Forgestar F14’s hope this helps.
