Anyone running PZERO DH Slicks on C7 Z?
Due to the lack of options for OE Z tire sizes I am considering running C6 GS/Z06 wheels I have left from C6 GS I traded in for the Z.
I am looking at P Zero DH 285/645/18 Front and 315/705/19 rear.
Last month my rear cup 2 delaminated so time to make a change.
Cup 2 $$ are prohibitive so looking at options.
Anyone with experience, your comments would be welcome.

Some of us have been running the Pirelli P Zero Slicks on our Z06s. The ones closest to the correct tire diameters are 305/660/18 front and 315/680/18 rear. I use 18x11 wheels in the front and 18x12 in the rear. The 18s will fit over the ceramic brakes if you get the proper offset.
CCW C10 18x11s will fit in front and 18x12s will work in the rear. The CCW 18x11s will also work with Hoosier 315/30/18 and their 18x13s will work with Hoosier 345/35/18 tires in the rear but the rims are too wide for the Pirelli's.

I ran 315/680-18 Pirellis on 18x13 rear wheels without issue with the tires. The rim width is an issue with hitting the LCA.

You mean UCA?
A bit off topic since Pirellis are 18", but 19"x13" lets you clear the control arms, while keeping the benefits of using a 13"-wide wheel (stabilizes tread, increasing traction). Yes, scrubs are about half price shipped, but I also wonder if the price gap is really that high with R7s (or R888Rs, etc.). In my experience, new tires lasted significantly longer, and I didn't have the consistency issue, either (i.e. not all scrubs are in the same condition).
Compared to Cup2, though, yes, scrubs would always make sense since cup tires don't seem to last any longer (based on what I've read) than scrubs : )
FYI, trackdaytire.com has 8% discount + free shipping on Hoosiers, and SimpleTire.com has 15% discount + free shipping on Toyos. Finally, Discountedwheelwarehouse.com is the cheapest I found for Michelins.

Sorry, yes I meant UCA. I'm finding Pirelli scrubs to last me about the same as new Hoosiers and I've gotten them for as little as $100/tire plus shipping by the pallet.

Here is how the 18/19 look next to OEM.
