Default This is how any company should treat their customers. ACS

So at the end of last year I bought a set of ACS side rockers for my Z06. Before I installed them I looked them over well and they looked great. After they where installed though, I noticed three very small scratches under the paint. They were about a 1/4 of an inch long and they were one right under the other like the part had been laid on a wood screw when it was soft, I would say about .010" to .015" deep. I only noticed it because I park my car on a 4 point lift so the side rocker was sitting just below eye level and the light caught the scratches just right. I called and spoke to Joseph, and told him about it and he said he would absolutely replace it and he wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I didn't really want to take them off, or go through the trouble of packing them up and shipping them, for such a small imperfection. I was really just looking for a bit of touch up paint to fill it. He said he would be happy to send some and asked that I send an e-mail to remind him and also send him some pictures so he could make sure it doesn't happen again. I said sure. I then got pretty busy and it took me a few days to send it and it got to be right around the holidays so I am sure they got very busy as well. Long story short I forgot about it and I guess Joe did too, and nothing ever happened. I didn't really notice the marks anymore and didn't care.
Today I went to order the XL rock guards and just mentioned to him about the scratches, kind of just to say that I had dealt with him before. He said that he remembered me and apologized for dropping the issue and offered to send the paint, but I said not to worry so he knocked $30.00 off the price of the guards.
$30.00 is not much to me or most guys who can afford a Z06, and probably not much for ACS, but I can tell you that it just bought ACS a customer for life. This is the way to treat customers. I have always tried to treat my customers just like that and believe me it can be damn hard sometimes. So hats off to ACS and to Joe, and thank you for great products and great customer service.

ACS is definitely a great company. They also sent me 1 of 4 rear diffuser fins when 1 of mine mysteriously went missing.

I ordered several items for my 2016 Z06 from ACS and they've always been great to deal with. I recently received their front and rear splash guards for my 2019 Z06, but haven't installed them yet. I had a couple of questions before I ordered the new ones and emailed them. They responded very quickly. I've also contacted them by phone and they've always been very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Ditto to great customer service, product quality, attention to detail from ACS. All vendors should take a page from their play book. If ACS and a competing vendor were selling same product.- would buy ACS, no brainer even if the price was higher. Thanks you ACS

Joseph/ACS get it. He runs a friendly, tight ship who appreciate their customers and the quality of their offerings. Class act all the way. I've never dealt with a better company.

As a business owner myself who ALWAYS goes the extra mile to make sure my customers are happy, other businesses should really understand how things like this set you apart from 95% of the competition. Hence why most businesses fail, or don't do very well, and a small portion rise to the top.

I'm with all of you guys, Joseph is the best! And his XL rock guards sure appear to be the best on the market, by far....AND, they don't slow my car down at all from air /wind resistance!

I am glad to hear that. That was my only concern with these but the rock blasting needs to be dealt with. I received my Rock guards on Monday and will install them this weekend....just in time to sit until the snow melts and the salt is washed away.
