Default BC Forged vs Forgeline?

I have a C7 Z06 and have had 5 damaged rims with OEM wheels in 17K of normal street driving. I don't track the car, haven't hit any significant pot holes and really ....have never had an issue with any of my previous 3 Corvettes until this one. Considering swapping out the rims for forged single piece wheels so I can drive the car without worrying. Have heard good things about BC Forged and Forgeline with the latte costing about 40% more and wondering if the expense is necessary. I am not tracking the car....just want to put something on there that will look good and last! Wonder what the experience of others has been and welcome positive and negative reviews/comparison etc. Thanks

I have monoblock BC Forged on my vette. And I do track it. Very light. No damage (knock on wood). Seems to be a good value for forged wheels.

As we sell Forgelines our view will be one sided so please buy what your comfortable with. Our Forgeline Wheels are built in the USA and utilize APP forgings so yes those are same forgings as HRE and all the high end wheel manufacturers use. I do several vettes a week and run Forgelines on our C7R. Ill be happy to answer questions and tell you why we believe Forgeline is a top Tier Manufacturer but am not going to criticize anothers product here. So buy whatever works for you and youll be happy.

Germany BBS
Japan Volk, Work, RAYS
USA Forgeline, HRE

BBS - F1, LeMans, OE Supplier etc.

RAYS/Volk Racing - F1 Supplier, LeMans, BMW RLL, Nismo, TRD, JGTC etc.

Enkei - World's largest wheel manufacturer, F1 supplier (McLaren) and makes flow form wheels for a few brands including Advan, Weds and some forum advertisers here

Advan Racing - Forged wheels are made by RAYS, cast by Enkei and owned by Yokohama Tire

SSR Wheels - JGTC

To me BCforged, forgestar, signature wheels, vossen are the cheaper brands that are still relatively new. The above wheels have at least over 20 years experience. HRE is more of a high end brand that doesnt necessarily focus on racing. They have a racing brand but they arent as known for racing compared to BBS, Forgeline, RAYS.
