Back from ceramic coating
I gotta say I thought the car was clean, but now after a 2 stage paint correction and ceramic coating it is better than ever! It was coated with gtechniq crystal serum. It looks wet and I cant believe the slickness!

i just bought a viper that had ceramic (modesta) applied prior to me buying the car. i washed it for the first time last night and was amazed at how most of the bugs and dust that was accumulated from my 500 mile trip home came off with just hose pressure. after i washed the car i got the leaf blower out and did not need a towel after that. the water simply danced off of the paint.
I wish that i would have done this when my Z was new...
OP, Your car looks incredible

You are so correct, Sinistr...ceramic coating is the only way to fly, but it's the quality paint correction work that really does the job. Not high jacking your thread, but I had the exact same experience when I got mine done....

Yup Kyle at Shineco in Spartanburg, SC did the pain correction and coating. Kyle has done 7 or 8 of my cars over the years.

As said above, the most important thing is not the laying of ceramics but the work of grinding paint varnish to be done beforehand. After installation is child's play.
The coating lasts between 1 and 5 years depending on the quality and therefore the price of the product. It must be maintained with products made for ceramics, manufacturers sell complete ranges.
To remove it (why ?), pass a microfiber with IPA diluted 15% with distilled water, and after cut pad and polish cut with a dual polisher.
