Default Carbon Fiber spats

I really like the look of these but saw a few comments in threads that they are a pain in the *** to install and break easily.

Could not find a single install video on YT, which is weird. Only vids for painted stock ones, not carbon fiber.

Anyone have any experience with installing these themselves? Are they as difficult and fragile as they are said to be? I'm worried because every time I try to do **** I break stuff.

Thanks in advance.

Not difficult at all. Hardest part is removing the old ones because the double sided tape is quite strong.

100% agree Larry, you have to kind of manhandle the stock ones to get them off. Installation of the new ones is a breeze, there are 2 guide posts and a hole where the clip snaps in on the inner fender to help you line up the new ones you will install. You'll see once you get the old ones off.
