That car is going to sixty foot too hard and crack those cheap factory wheels.
Nice numbers. I have a very similar setup minus cam, only 5% over driven, more cooling mods and a Cordes 5 CAI.

Big pipe is here.... I’m going to install it Sunday, and back on the dyno Monday. My only concern is it’s gonna be way hotter Monday, like in the 90s, which may skew my gains with the 5” CAI. I’m gonna try to get there early in the morning before it gets hot hopefully.

Thanks Joe!
Luckily you guys gave me enough extra length 3/8” hose that I was able to extend the radiator reservoir hose to make it run under the CAI for a much cleaner look then running over it.
I’m gonna be getting rid of the rest of the plastic tubing as well and hiding everything as much as I can. Get rid of that factory cheesy looking junk.
Definitely needs to have the tune touched up with this CAI...she’s a little finicky now. Lol

Well...its all wrapped up. Final numbers are in. 5" CPR cold air intake delivered the goods over the Haltech. Roughly gained 25 rwhp.
Yes it was spinning the tires on the dyno down low, hence the power drop from 3700 down. It spun 3 pulls in a row so we decided to call it a day.
I'm pretty happy with how it all came out. Good power for an A8, stock head, small cam car. Thanks to:
Billy@MTI
Greg Kong
Joe Cordes.
I can't wait to start playing with it and hit the track in the winter. For now, its just cruising for the summer.

BTW, all the ugly on the chart down low below 3700 rpms was the tires slightly spinning on the dyno. You'll see it in the dyno video you can hear it sound like it spins real quick, real early in the pull then it grabs and goes.
