Halltech claims 10.4 psi with intake only which makes sense as I was right there. Sadly PDR boost reading is completely useless.

Here's the short pull graph. 4th gear boost was still increasing.

Question: Cat B1S1 is the driver side, right? The reason I ask is because its over 100° higher than the other main cat temp.

honestly, I don't know if these are accurate or not. I haven't tried any of the other PIDs for cats (there's several). I don't even know what an acceptable range is. I was just doing a quick trial of putting anything that might affect timing/power on 1 screen. I just looked through a couple of logs for this data and yeah, B1S1 is always 50-100 degrees higher. Now hell, it could mean the sensor isn't reading true. Or it could be just that, higher.

If anyone know whats the CAT OVER-TEMP limit is, that would be great.

Is B1S1 the DS? If so I was thinking the shape/bends may have something to do with the higher Temps and as you say the B1 according to your logs is always higher.

I also got the AFE intake I went with the dual filter version for a little more but less than if I had to buy a second filter separately. AFE dyno sheet is very similar to halltech sheets. The intakes are similar but I like the easier install of the AFE due to no cutting of coolant lines or custom making a coolant line. Car drives and sounds great.

New code is SUMMER and I just ordered one!
Turns out the AFE model I got shipped to me was wrong! So be sure you know which model to get. I thought I was ordering the right one. It turns out the AFE model I got didn’t fit Z06 and was for Stingrays only. Now WW dot com is trying to figure out which model is actually for Z06 to prevent future mix ups. SO I HAVE TO ASK which model number are you guys getting for the C7 Z06 with the gray filter?

AFE seems to have “multiple” versions of the intake with the differences being based on the filter choice. I noticed you can get the PRO Dry (gray filter) or the Momentum (blue oiled filter), or both; but I only want the better flowing intake that is a better match for a ported throttle body. Can anyone shed light on which AFE intake MODEL # to get (oiled or dry)?

If you get the dual filter version you can drive your car while you clean the other or just play around and try them out. Kind of fun. It’s not much more: the filters Costa lot more to buy them after the fact.

I picked up a couple of tenths at the strip w a Halltech on my 2015. Installing a Halltech this weekend on my 2019, and doing a before and after on the dyno. Will post ASAP. Hard data. 10.88 1/4 mile bone stock, 10.72 with Halltech.

I went with the Chevy Performance Intake...mainly because I wanted to stay OEM, plus Chevy has a published 11 H.P. gain at sea level. There was an HPTuner guy on here a while back who's data logs showed max boost at +1 psi...which would equate to something closer to 25 H.P. at sea level (I live beachfront in Cocoa Beach, so I am definitely at sea level...haha). No tune required...helps throttle response and she has a bit more kick.
