Default New Gen 5 LT DI injectors - +45% over LT4

Our first 100% XDI manufactured and tested DI-Injectors are designed for the new GM LT series engines. With a 45% increase in flow over stock LT4 injectors, these supply the required fuel flow for high horsepower applications without the need for auxiliary fuel systems. These injectors are based on the original GM LT4 injector, which makes them a perfect drop in solution. Most of the ECU Injector characteristics stay the same.
Every Injector gets tested at 100bar and 200bar on OEM testing equipment at XDI. Every set gets flow matched to within ±0.5% at 100bar and 200bar fuel pressure !!!

Testing on several fully instrumented engines (8x O2, 8x EGT) done by Katech Inc. has shown unequaled results in terms of cylinder distribution, repeatability and stability at pressures up to 3000psi. Tuning changes required are minimal, offsets and current driver parameters stay the same. The injectors are E85 compatible and have so far been tested up to 1308bhp on engine dyno and 1067whp on roller dyno (Ignite E90).

Maximum Fuel Pressure is 220bar / 3200psi.

Straight E85, 1067whp GDI only !!!

no meth, no PFI, no extra ECUs, no wiring, full control, full OBD Diagnostics.

High horsepower GM Gen V V8 and V6 direct injection engines including LT5, LT4, LT1, L86, L83 and LV3
E85 conversions of GM Gen V V8 and V6 engines

2015+ Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon and Escalade with 5.3L L83 and 6.2L L86 engines

rated static flow rate: 25.6g/sec at 10MPa
– 67% more flow than production LT1/L86 injectors (15.3g/sec)
– 45% more flow than production LT4 injectors (17.7g/sec)
– E85 compatible

maximum pressure:
200bar / 2900psi (tested rock solid on engine and roller dyno)
240bar / 3500psi (under perfect conditions, no pressure pulsations)

Are you all going to produce a better HPFP(similar to the Lingenfelter big bore pump) or only the belt driven one?

We don't have any plans to do so.

You guys are absolutely killing it. I think the car is going to Michigan at some point. E85 build would be too cool.

This good news. Still need more flow though. Low side for volume. High side for pressure.

Does the stock high side keep up? (Obviously with a cam). This is great though.

What power level are the stock LT4 injectors maxed?

How about the stock fuel pump for 2019?

1308bhp on the LT4 motor? What other controls are we considering? If on the LT4 was it on stock cam, and fuel system, just drop in injectors?

45% math says about 900hp. Sounds reasonable

Zero chance. I would think it's fair to assume unlimited low and high side flow, and then the injectors tap out at 1308. So an aux pump on the low side and likely katech belt driven high side

I run out of fuel and pulse width at E40. If I understand this is a drop in and go or do I need bigger fuel pumps? Would be nice to run at least E60.

Regards

At what power level do you run out?

You will still need low side and DI pump to supply your specific power level on E85.

pretty sure they’re the lt4 injector because they run port injectors for extra fuel
