Default A8 tuning

Asking from those with experience,
Going from stock to around 750rwhp, how important was transmission tuning in regards to proper shifting?
Will be running stock converter.

It’s important... I wouldn’t run a factory trans tune at 750rwhp

I have never been involved with such a big build with an auto.
Will this tuning require road/track tuning?
Can it be done properly on a chassis dyno?
Thanks

It can be done on a chassis dyno. In fact, most good tuners can likely do remote tuning on it. The Corvette world is a little weird with stuff like that, though so, you may want to find someone who is really solid on building quick 6th gen Camaro's to do trans tuning. Because it seems that everyone who does tuning here is the best in the business.
